Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This Policy explains when we refund a Landee Plus subscription, how to ask for a refund, and what to expect. It forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to every payment made on the Landee platform.

First, the important part: you don't pay to try

Landee is free to use, and that is not a trial with a countdown. Building pages, forms with lead delivery, analytics, funnels, A/B tests and the assistant all work without paying — only the amounts are capped. A Plus subscription raises those caps and adds a custom domain.

So by the time you pay, you have already seen the service work. This Policy is about the cases where something went wrong anyway.

Refunds within 14 days

Within 14 days of your first payment we refund the full amount on request — no reason needed.

You do not have to explain yourself and you do not have to prove anything. Writing to us is enough.

This covers the first subscription payment. If the subscription renewed automatically and you noticed a charge you were not expecting, write to us anyway: where someone forgot about a renewal and did not use the service in the new period, we decide in their favour.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time, and you do not need to ask us to do it.

After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for — you paid for a month or a year, not for the right to change your mind on day one. After that the account moves to the free plan: your pages, forms and data stay with you, only the limits change.

Cancelling stops future charges. On its own it does not refund the current period — that is what the 14-day rule above is for.

What happens to your data after a refund

A refund moves the account to the free plan. Your landee pages, form responses and analytics remain — we delete nothing because of a refund.

If at the time of the refund you were using things the free plan does not include (a custom domain, or access for several people), those stop working. The underlying data does not go anywhere.

When we may decline

We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

  • the request arrives more than 14 days after payment and the service was used during the paid period;
  • subscriptions have been bought and refunded repeatedly by the same account, or by the same person across several accounts;
  • the account was suspended for breaching our Terms of Use — in particular for spam, fraud, or prohibited content.

In each of these cases we will explain the reason in plain words rather than send a form letter.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address the account is registered to. Say that you would like a refund — that is enough.

We reply within 3 business days. If the refund is approved, the money goes back the same way you paid. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank — usually 5 to 10 business days.

Who processes payments

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your statement will show Paddle rather than Landee, and that is expected.

This means part of the process happens on Paddle's side and is also covered by their buyer terms. This Policy sets out our own rules in addition to those, not instead of them.

Consumer rights

This Policy does not limit any rights your local law gives you. Where local law gives you more than is written here, the law applies.
