Is the booking system free?
Yes. The booking block is part of the free plan, and the free plan isn't a trial. Plus adds more pages, more sites and your own domain; booking itself is not a paid extra.
Can clients pay when they book?
Not yet. The booking block takes a time and contact details; payment is between you and your client. Better to say it here than have you find out after setting everything up.
Which time zone do clients see?
Yours. Times are shown in your site's time zone, not the visitor's device: if the clock on your door says 10:00, the booking says 10:00 too.
What about group classes and dated events?
For a recurring class, allow more than one place per slot. For one-off dates such as a workshop, a tour or a trip there is a separate block, Schedule with seats: each event has its own date, number of places and price label, and one person can book several places at once.
