Filled in on the page, read in the app

The form lives on your own page, and the answer comes to us rather than to a third-party service. Below you can see both sides: how it is filled in and how you read it.

• Your own fields: text, email, phone, date, choice, rating — and any of them can be required.
• Enquiries sit in the app: new ones are marked, searchable by words and filtered by form and period.
• The whole list exports to CSV — open it in a spreadsheet and carry on.

You can be told about a new enquiry by email, and the visitor can get an automatic reply.
