A sign-up sheet that closes each slot when it’s full
List the shifts, dishes or time slots, set how many people each one takes, and share one link. People see how many spots are left and sign up without an account — and the last spot can’t go twice.
The real block, drawn by the same code as your page: spots left per slot, with a date or without. Visitors pick a slot and then see your questions.
What the sheet does
Spots per slot
Each slot takes its own number of people, from 1 to 500; one sheet holds up to 60 slots.
Full slots close
The page shows how many spots are left. A full slot can’t be picked, and two people can’t take the last spot at the same moment.
With a time or without
A slot can have a date and time — or none, like “bring a salad”. Slots whose time has passed hide themselves.
Your questions
Ask for a name, email, phone or anything else, and mark what’s required. If you allow it, one person can take up to 10 spots at once.
Every sign-up reaches you
Each one is emailed to you and appears in Schedule in your account, with the slot and the number of spots.
The whole list in a file
Download sign-ups as CSV or Excel: slot, date, time, spots and every answer. Cancelled ones are marked.
